What data formats do
you accept?
All text information must be supplied in Text (.txt) format. We do not accept
any fax or gif, jpg formats.
All images used for all printed orders must be supplied in 300 dpi or higher.
What form
should I send my documents in?
Letters for printing mail merge are preferred in a Word format. That may be
necessary to make the merged data fit as required.
Do you take
credit cards?
Yes. We accept
Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as PayPal and checks.
Do you
offer design services?
Yes. We offer
custom design service for all our printing services. All our design service
prices are stipulated on all printing package prices.
How do you
calculate the shipping costs?
We have
indicated all average shipping rates. The exact shipping cost will be e-mailed
to you before any project is started.
Do you
really have direct communication with your staff?
Yes. you will
have direct communication with our senior printing managers and graphic
designers during your project. All you have to do is call our toll free number
and request to speak to your team manager, we will be more than happy to help
answer any of your questions.
Do you
subcontract any of your printing or design services?
No.
PrintingHut.com employs full time professional designers and printing
managers. All printing is done in-house to ensure quality and professional
printing projects.
Can I print
the same business card but just change the contact name , title and e-mail?
Yes, however
there is a small design fee of $25 in order to prepare your files for print.
