Once you have ordered your
stationery design package ( letterhead and envelope) , our designers will contact you to go over your
project. You will need to supply any images, logos and text that you would like to
have incorporated in the design layout ( all images need to be 300 dpi ). If
you do not have images and / or logos we can find images that fit your look and feel (certain
image fees will apply ). We can also create your business logo design.

Our designers will supply you with 3 different stationery layout mock-ups where you will
be able to request alterations. You will have direct communication with our
design team at all times, this will ensure that your stationery design meets all
your marketing and promotional needs.
Once your design layout meets your needs our marketing managers will integrate
your text. Once this is done it will be displayed to you for more feedback and
alterations. It is after this step that your design is finalized and prepared
for printing.

clients. Your project manager will e-mail you all the master files along with
exact color codes and master fonts. Your stationery will be printed on quality
bond or classic linen paper. You can be sure that your stationery will be both
creative and professional.
